Our Introduction

SPG Global Marine Services Limited is a registered limited liability company owned by Nigerians. We undertake procurement, engineering and equipment leasing, with expertise in engineering construction management and technical support services for the oil and gas industry.

We are registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria, our technical partner since 2015 is Petra Nigeria Limited, and we have grown into the SPG Group of Companies.

CASHES Policy

No Harm To People

We pursue no harm to people and protection of the environment, in line with the Factories Act LFN 1990, EGASPIN 2002, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Every employee and visitor gets an induction, and we hold daily toolbox talks, monthly fire drills and regular audits and inspections. Work stops whenever essential safety systems are not in place.

A Good Neighbour

We take responsibility for the company's actions and its impact on the environment, clients, employees, communities and stakeholders. When funds allow, we award scholarships to selected undergraduates in engineering, law and environmental science. We also support local organisations, communities in need and community development programmes that build local skills.
